What is collected
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email, preferred session format (optional) and your message. Please don't include clinical or health information in that message.
What it is used for
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a first session. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties for any other purpose. Processing is based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Where it is stored
This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form messages on behalf of the data controller. Netlify may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long it is kept
Data is kept only for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on your enquiry, and is then deleted.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent, using the same contact route. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising. Fonts are served by the website itself.
