Clinical psychologist · Relational psychotherapist

Understanding yourself, in relation.

I offer an attentive, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can explore your history, your emotional life and the ways you relate — to yourself, to others and to the world around you.

Two shapes meet — and where they meet, a third colour appears.

Psychological well-being isn't built in isolation. It grows within the relationships that shape us, and the ones we keep creating.

Many of the difficulties we live with — a sadness that keeps returning, an anxiety that's hard to name, relationships that seem to end the same way — take on a different meaning when they're seen in the light of our history, our experiences and the people who have been, and are, part of our lives.

I don't see psychotherapy as a way of "fixing" someone. I see it as an opportunity to understand, with time and curiosity, what is happening inside — and from there, to open up new ways of relating to yourself and to others.

About my background

What brings people to therapy

You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined problem. Sometimes it's simply a sense that something needs to be thought through.

  1. 01

Patterns that keep repeating in relationships — romantic, family, friendships or work.

  2. 02

Anxiety, sadness, irritability, or a discomfort that doesn't always have a clear name.

  3. 03

Times of change, loss, separation or transition.

  4. 04

Feeling distant from yourself, or finding it hard to know what you feel and what you want.

  5. 05

The wish to know yourself better and understand where certain reactions come from.
